Precious time

I’ve been a working mom for 4 years already. I have two beautiful kids, lance and denise. Lance is my eldest. I can’t imagine how he grew up as a smart kid, when I am away from home 12 hours a day… 

With my work schedule which is seven days a week office, it is very hard to find time with my kids especially that Lance is now in school. My rest day is a week day, and he’s in school by that time. How I treasure every single minute that were together… There was one time when he really touches my heart, he asked me if I can take an absence just to be with him after his school.. I just thank God I am blessed with a husband who’s always there for our kids and understands my kids’ needs… And thank God my mother takes care of my little girl…

Hello world! Hello homeland! It’s been a long time when I was away from my hometown Davao… After 11 long years, I finally go back to my beloved hometown Davao. There’s no really place like home, like Davao.

After I graduated from college, I already decided to try searching the future that I dreamed since I am a young girl. Right after graduation, I sailed going to Manila by my own. I never thought that it would be easy for me to find a job there considering that I am from province. I enjoyed the busy streets and and busy people in Manila.  There I build a career that I dreamed since I am in grade school… Until, I finally met the person I want to be with ’til the rest of my life.. We start building our family… We once visited Davao and my husband enjoy the simple living here in Davao. Going back in Manila we realized the simple things Davao has, the fresh air, the low cost of living and how it will make our family life easier… So, we decided to migrate here for good.

After 11 long years, I never thought I’ll be coming here with my beloved family.
